It took 24hours to have 13 boxes delivered from Sydney to Gundagai. 3 boxes left Sydney less than 12hours after the first 13boxes and one week later they still have not arrived. I have been calling Star Track daily and they are still unable to locate the 3 missing boxes. The delay is getting an answer from the Wagga depot or then the contract who delivers to Gundagai. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Will be using a different courier and not recommending this company to anyone
Contacted star track on 132345 to find out what time there depot in wagga is open till it took 10 minutes and could not get a answer from star track . The person told me she was going to google it to find out a opening and closing times for me still no luck. What joke first week of December and people are expecting gift and such from overseas and Australia . Please Mr StarTrack and you let your call centre staff know what time your depots operating times are for collection of items. Thanks Anthony Wagga..
I paid to have a parcel delivered to my house. My son and I were home yesterday when the card was delivered to my mailbox. We did not hear anyone ring the door bell or knock on our door. We have a small yappy dog who barks any time someone comes to our door and she was silent. I have had to make 6 phone calls so far to arrange re-delivery. Yesterday afternoon, Star Track told me to ring Fed Ex. Fed Ex said they would arrange delivery TODAY before midday (because I have to leave for work). I rang Star Track AGAIN to confirm this and was told there was no record of it on their computer and that I would have to AGAIN ring Fed Ex. I did this and was assured that they had notified Star Track. I rang Star Track this morning and they had no record of a re-delivery request from Fed Ex. Star Track would not put me through to the local office. I then rang Fed Ex AGAIN!!! It has still not been resolved. I should not have to travel 11.3Km to collect my parcel, when I have paid to have it delivered to my home. This is not good enough. In this case, both Star Track and Fed Ex have provided inadequate customer service.
